A Strong Foundation for Life

As a younger athlete, developing your body is like building a house. Starting with a strong foundation is crucial to success down the road. This program is tailored to young and high school athletes with the goal of mastering basic movements that will set up younger athletes for successful futures in their sport and reduce the risk of injury, emphasizing speed, agility, and strength and conditioning. Many youth and high school athletes will grow with us and continue their athletic careers by participating in Joe’s programs for college and professional athlete down the line.

  • Youth and high school programs are best suited for ages 13-18.
