Born and raised in New Jersey, I’ve spent my life training and inspiring others to unlock their full potential. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with 75+ professional athletes, youth athletes, and everyday individuals, helping them achieve their goals through fitness, mindset, routine, and community.

In 2022, I officially launched the Joey Sundays brand to bring my "Train Like a Pro" philosophy to life, empowering athletes and adults to improve not just their fitness but their overall lives.

Now, through my partnership with Alliance Orthopedics, I’m proud to introduce Alliance Performance—a state-of-the-art training facility that combines elite training with advanced recovery and rehabilitation.
